Font standards
E16 themes have many choices when it comes to font setup.
X Font (normal/multibyte)
Fnlib
TrueType
Pango
Xft
In order for a theme to be functional on as many distributions as possible, which choice would be the most effective? Should we limit the themes here to a standard set (possibly UTF8) for the best support? If so which ones would be good candidates?

URL transition completed
The URL transition is finished. All the components of this website are now primarily accessible via themes.effx.us. I'll leave theming.effishiency.com active for a few months before discontinuing it but please update your bookmarks/RSS feeds.
Anyone with an SVN repository checked out under the old URL will need to do another checkout from the new URL and migrate any changes manually.

Transitioning to a new URL - New subversion web view
I liked the original URL "theming.effishiency.com" because it fits with what I'm trying to accomplish; to make theming more efficient. ...but, it is a little long and doesn't contain popular keywords used in search engines.

Time to replace the static "front page" fodder.
A static front page isn't very useful to recurring visitors. That content is now under the about page.
I'm going to try out a personal blog to disperse news of things I'm doing around the website. Feel free to grab an RSS feed if that makes life more convenient for you.
